A Mass Prayer for 10th and 12th standard board exam going students was held at Government Girls Higher Secondary School in Wallajah on 11th February 2009. Our satsang member Sri Palani of Wallajah had organised the mass prayer.

Sri Palani started the Mass Prayer by introducing the organisation. He pointed out how the mass prayers had made a difference in the results of the school in the year 2008. Stating the statistics of how in 2008 the pass percentage for Girls Higher secondary had improved from 78% in 2007 to 81%. Following Sri Palani, the headmaster of the school, Sri Roseria Rajkumar, welcomed the speaker Sister Poornima and expressed his desire for more such people to come forward to spread the Divine message of grace. Sister Poornima of our satsang addressed the gathering of more than 800 students from 10th and 12th standards for the next 30 minutes.

Pointing to the importance of prayers added to right efforts, she narrated many anecdotes to drive the point home. The students throughly enjoyed and acknowledged the points. The lecture was followed mass prayer done by group chanting of the Mahamantra by all the 800 students. Stickers, pens and kumkum prasad was distributed to all the students at the end of the session.
