GOD India Satsang

On 14^th September 2008, Satsang was conducted at the old age home run by Help Age India in the outskirts of Cuddalore. There were about 60 inmates. They have come from various towns close to Cuddalore. Many of them had lost their homes at the time of Tsunami.  

Sri Ramakrishnahari of Chennai kendra, Sri Murali & Smt. Uma Maheswari belonging to Cuddalore Namadwaar participated in the Satsang. Sri Ramakrishnahari spoke on the impermanence of life and dwelt on the fact that the only resort for one and all is God. The importance of remembering God through the vicissitudes of life was brought out. Taking the emotional call to chant the Mahamantra, the inmates, irrespective of their respective faiths, chanted the Mahamantra with devotion. On the request of one of the inmates to sing a song, the Mahamantra song of our Gurumaharaj was sung. The Satsang was held from 6.30 am to 7.30 am.  

The inmates promised to chant the Mahamantra during their daily Morning Prayer session. The Manager of the old age home, Mr. Siddick wished to play the Mahamantra CD everyday in the home.
