GOD India Satsang

A Satsang was organized on 27th July 2008 at Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal temple in Kanchanur by Sri Ravichandran of Pondicherry Kendra upon request from a family of devotees living in Kanchanur. Their relatives are already doing Nama Sankirtan in Nallathur village near Pondichery.

Kanchanur is a village, which is about 16 kms from Villupuram. The village people wanted to have Nama Sankirtan at Sri Lakshmi Narayana Perumal temple with a specific prayer request that regular poojas should be happening at their temple.

Nama Sankirtan was performed for 45 minutes from 5.15 pm to 6.00 pm and then Sri Ramachandran of our Chennai Kendra spoke about Nama Mahimai from 6.00 pm to 6.45 pm. Then Sri Lakshmi Narayana Reddiar of Nallathur village spoke about Nama anubhava for 15 minutes quoting from his Haridwar trip and detailed how during difficult times Mahamantra and Sri Swamiji was always helping him.

The Satsang concluded with Nama Sankirtan and Harathi for the Lord and prasadam was distributed to all. About 50 devotees participated and they have agreed to do Nama Sankirtan for at least half an hour daily in the temple.
